His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana has in accordance with the advice of the Governing Board of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority and in consultation with the Public Services Commission appoints Rev. Stephen Wilfred Arthur as the substantive Director-General of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
Rev. Arthur was earlier announced by His Excellency President Mahama as Acting Director-General in April 2025.
