Today, management in most institutions is without leadership because the leaders focus largely on managing, i.e. organizing, planning, controlling and directing people/resources. We are called on to be prepared for the challenges of a rapidly changing aviation world. This means being ready for emerging markets, adjusting our strategies, being agile and flexible, serving clients more effectively, and thinking and acting more globally. Outstanding leaders at all levels lead outstanding organizations.
