SECTION 1 GENERAL
1.1 PURPOSE
A. This Advisory Circular (AC) provides information and guidance material—
1) For all Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMO) certificate holders or applicants under the GCAR Part 5; and
2) To develop and evaluate a Maintenance Organization Procedures Manual (MOPM) and Quality Assurance Manual (QAM).
B. This AC should be treated as a guide for development and evaluation of the MOPM and QAM required by Part 5 of the Ghana
civil aviation regulations.
